Parish Annual Information
Last year, a simplified version of the Schedules completed by ministry units in the past was successfully piloted in Taranaki. This year the new forms are being rolled out to the whole Diocese and will be posted to ministry units as a physical booklet. Taranaki parishes will notice a few changes based on their feedback.
We would ask that you complete all sections, noting where not applicable (n/a). You are welcome to contact Belinda Holmes on 06 757 6149 or Jill Schumacher on 07 857 0020 if you have any questions. Your schedules booklet, including any additional paperwork eg. Building Warrant of Fitness, needs to be returned by Monday 16th May 2016 or two weeks after your AGM. They can be returned to the office located in your Bishopric, either, PO Box 21, Hamilton 3240 or PO Box 547, New Plymouth 4342.
While these schedules reflect a major revision a further revision will be required to take account of changes to the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 as they become clearer.
Below are additional forms that are still in use for organisations that are not Diocesan ministry units.
